Any more information on what Autodesk Quantity Takeoff 2009 is? Web searches didn't find much that is recent on the subject.
I saw a very short demo on it last week, but I really don't have any info. Autodesk is working to tie Revit and BIM into the construction industry.
The best solution I have to offer is Exactal.com's CostX. It works with dwg files and Revit and does takeoff and creates estimates. It's the most robust solution I've seen to date.
If your and ADN member, you can answer the question as to what Quantity Take Off is as of yesterday
