For you subscription customers, Autodesk has released 2009 Revit Utilities

Finally, Autodesk is adding some real value for subscription customers.
If you're on subscription, you can use your current software up to 3 versions earlier.
There's the home use policy, which lets you install your software on your home computer.

Then there's the good stuff!

In order for you to access these links, you must be logged into the Autodesk Subscription Center at this link.
For those of you not on subscription or using the software illegally, well, there's just no way to use these tools.

You can ask your subscription coordinator how to access the subscription portal if you don't have access.

Once you log into the subscription center they're listed on the main page under the following heading:
Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC): Product Modules & Add-Ons
AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD MEP, Revit Structure, Revit Architecture, Revit MEP. Click here

Revit 2009: Batch Print Utility.

Revit 2009: Globe Link.

Revit 2009: Worksharing Monitor.

Revit Structure 2009 - Extensions for Revit® 2009 - Full Package.

Revit Structure 2008 or AutoCAD Revit Structure Suite 2008: Revit Structure TrussWizard..

AutoCAD® MEP 2009: DIALux Plug-in for AutoCAD MEP 2009

AutoCAD® Architecture 2009: Drawing Compare Subscription Module.
I only mention this one because it's a great tool for AA users (not that I condone the use of DWG software)

AutoCAD® MEP 2008: AutoCAD® MEP Subscription Content Extensions.

Revit® MEP 2008: Revit® MEP Subscription Content Extensions.

Autodesk Impression 2.0: Autodesk Impression Download

As you can see, there's a little more to annual subscription than just getting the newest version of the software. Autodesk is adding some real value here.

Just a little math for you.
Autocad is $595/year to upgrade. If you wait 3 years, it's $1795.
Autocad Architecture is $795/year to upgrade. If you wait 3 years, it's $2395

Revit subscription is $725/year. That's $1.98/day and works out to 35 cents/hour.
If you have a Revit product and you're not on subscription, you can still upgrade

AutoCAD Revit Architecture Suite 2009 Commercial Subscription Retroactive from release 8.X $2475
AutoCAD Revit Architecture Suite 2009 Commercial Subscription Retroactive from release 9.X $1650
AutoCAD Revit Architecture Suite 2009 Commercial Subscription Retroactive from release 2008 $825
AutoCAD Revit Architecture Suite 2009 Commercial Subscription Retroactive from release 2009 $725

The longer you wait, the higher the price. Plus, you don't get to use all of the new features and have access to the subscription programs listed above.

Also, if you're not on the latest version, you can't work with engineers using Revit MEP 2009 or Revit Structure 2009. That's a big problem.

If you have a Florida office, we can get you a 3 year 0% financing package if you qualify. Contact me for more information.

And that's all I have to say about that. Revit Gumbo, Fried Revit, Revit Kabob, Barbeque Revit....
