Vico Systems great news

Tired of talking about the construction market? Tired of worrying about
the backlog? How about some good news for a change?

* Vico customers typically report 300-500% ROI on 5D BIM

* Vico customers work together with Owners and Subs to garner
the greatest efficiencies.

* Vico customers are pushing the envelope with technology,
methodology, and results.

* Vico, the company, is growing with software and services based
on our BIM-neutral platform.

NEW PRODUCT PLATFORM: Vico Office is the first integrated construction
management solution built specifically for General Contractors and
Owners. Our unique BIM-neutral environment allows users to publish,
synthesize, analyze, and augment Revit, Tekla, and ArchiCAD models with
4D scheduling and 5D estimating data. The more I in BIM, the better the

SERVICES CASE STUDY FOR AN OWNER: The owner at St. Joseph Health System
was working with a complicated steel exoskeleton system over a glass
curtain wall. Not positive that the design would work, he and the
architect commissioned a physical mock-up. When the physical mock-up
didn't work, he asked Vico to model the complicated intersection of the
glass, the waterproofing, the fireproofing, and the steel. We ended up
halting work to redesign the exoskeleton, but the delay actually ended
up saving the Owner $1.8M in fabrication and delays...not to mention the
litigation costs if mold had ever developed in these joints.

MODELING FOR NURSES AND DOCTORS: Have you ever looked at architectural
plans for a kitchen or bath renovation? Most of us can't visualize the
design based on 2D drawings. It is even more critical in case of a
hospital project to make sure that the design facilitates the best flow
for patients, doctors and nurses.

At St. Jude Hospital Medical Plaza in Fullerton, CA, Vico recently
engaged in pure systems design! Working directly with the McCarthy
Builders, the Owner, the Architect, electrical sub, Stryker (the
Operating Room lighting boom and monitor provider), as well as nurses,
surgeons, and other hospital staff, we modeled Operating Rooms, X-ray
rooms, nurses stations, offices, waiting rooms, etc. Vico did this in
real-time with all the participants offering their suggestions. Just
like an assembly line of systems and processes, we modeled the rooms to
best represent the optimal flow of personnel, supplies, and patients.
We called these User Meetings and are different from Coordination
Meetings, but they helped the builders and subs see WHY certain
elements/equipment needed to go in certain locations. The
subcontractors were able to accurately locate king studs and supports.
This helped expedite the process of wall lay out and helped the team
avoid costly change orders after the rooms were ready to be occupied. We
can even model if there are enough power outlets or data ports for
computers, printers, etc. With this real-time modeling even things as
simple as making sure the casework doesn't cover an outlet gets solved.

OTHER 5D BIM CASE STUDIES: Our Fridays with Vico webinar series
features case studies from progressive GCs and Owners who are utilizing
5D BIM (modeling plus scheduling plus estimating/budgeting) and
realizing documented success of 300-500% ROI. Check out these great
recorded movie files:

Vico customers have case studies that will blow your colleagues away.
These are examples of some of the coolest building projects on the
planet - and we have tons more. "It's good to be Vico!"

Vico customers are winning new projects BECAUSE of BIM. Let's get
