(bim)x: BIM-Enabled Prefabrication

There is no better construction BIM blog than that of Tocci Construction's Laura Handler. I'm in awe of how far ahead they are from every other contractor. Continually pushing the limits of technology, if Tocci is doing it, you'll wish you were as well. There's no better marketing than actually being on the forefront of BIM.

Non BIM architects, take note. This is why the contractors have won the war. All of these technologies speed up the construction process, reduce conflicts and offer the owner a better project, on time and on budget. There's a big gap between CD (Contract Documents) and DC (Documenting Contractors) and this gives the contractors even more of an advantage and room for profit. Which side of the 5%/95% equation do you want to be on?
