Internet Explorer 8 Annoyance Fix for "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?"

Do you constantly get the pop up message in IE8
"Security Warning": "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely? This webpage contains content that will not be delivered using a secure HTTPS connection, which could compromise the security of the entire website."

To make sure the secure page really is secure (to you), you need to refuse accepting any of its insecure content.
In Internet Options ->
Security ->
Internet security zone
Miscellaneous Section (1/2 way down)
Display mixed content = Disable

Clicking Yes in the prompt you had meant only *secured* content got delivered to you. If that meant the web page was blank or unusable then complain to that site that they are lying about their pages being secure.

Ah, Net Nirvana and no more stupid pops ups. Nothing like saving mouse clicks. Now, about that Ribbon.....
