AutoCAD Arch/MEP Services & Support - Product hangs at startup while command line displays "Loading Modeler Dlls".

Issue
When you tried to start your product it became unresponsive while the command line displayed the message "Loading Modeler DLL's".
When you closed the unresponsive application you were presented with a Microsoft Windows error message, the details of which included the following or very similar text:

Solution
This behavior can be caused by outdated or incompatible plotter drivers.
To resolve the issue, please ensure that you install the latest version of the manufacturer's drivers for your plotter.
You should also check if there are any updates to your plotter's firmware and install these if available.
