Issue

You have experienced a crash in an Autodesk 2011 product that is caused by the Microsoft Windows Media Player.

Solution

Autodesk has received numerous CER reports of crashes in various Autodesk 2011 products that are being caused by the Microsoft Windows Media Player. 

Several Autodesk customers have reported that this crash goes away after uninstalling the Windows Media Player, rebooting the system, and then re-installing Windows Media Player.

The installer for the Microsoft Windows Media Player can be found atwww.microsoft.com.
