Accepting false limits - Seth Godin

Fear! I say it everyday to people afraid to move to BIM.  Yes, it's scary, new and different.  But so were your iPhone, car, computer, DVR, GPS, XM radio, airplanes, cars, microwaves and a million other things that are now a part of your everyday life.

You know what I fear most?  It's a single line.  It's a yellow line.  It divides the road.  There are cars that are coming towards you at 60 mph.  Just a single yellow line painted on the road is all that separates you from life and death.

Just a single white line on your screen is all that separates you from a life of boring drafting to the new and exciting world of BIM.  Isn't it time for it to be the end of the line for you?

I know you can do it.  So many others have and isn't it nice to know that every single architect, drafter and designer in the world is going through the exact same fears, doubts and concerns.  You're all in the same boat.  Is it the Titanic or the NCL Epic?  You decide.
