Revit is "Unable to Connect to the Specified Printer" when Printing Large PDFs - RT @RevitClinic

Just a quick tip...
When attempting to print a PDF using the Adobe PDF driver, you may see the following message in Revit:
Revit could not start the print job because it was unable to connect to the specified printer. Check your printer connectivity and try again.

This message is typically related to memory usage. By default, the Adobe driver uses a 1200dpi setting, which, combined with the large print size, may cause the print to fail and the message above to display. To resolve the warning, try decreasing the dpi in the driver settings.
