BIM - Do You Care?

I was just reading an article about a BIM panel discussion where they were discussing how BIM affects the standard of care.

With more information, collaboration, clash detection, analysis, quantities and visual aides, it can only mean one thing...if BIM is such a great tool and process, then CAD must be the "Standard of 'I Don't Care'."

So, if you don't care about quality, change orders, delays, inefficient software and processes, then keep doing what's standard in most architecture firms. Don't change a thing. We don't care if you go out of business because that just means more work for us BIM firms who do care.
