Archicad and Facility Management - Autodesk Killer???

Archicad just kicked Autodesk right in the BIMs.  Yup, seamless integration of facility management tools built right in.  Autodesk bought a FM software company a few years ago and that died within a year.  Now they're aligned with FM Systems, but I know no one using it or talking about it.

If you're going to create models and they're going to be filled with information, then you really have a great opportunity to tie it in with facility management.  If you can make it easy, include 3D visualization, have an internet interface and be able to use it on an iPad or Droid, then you're really ahead of the game.

Do the research.  What FM software do you recommend to your clients?  Good luck with that one.
