Scenario

You are Subscription Customer with five licenses and want to know your options for using Cloud storage.

Solution

As a Subscription Customer, each license of Autodesk product covered by your subscription contract allows for 3 user accounts to be created and tied to your subscription contract. Each of these user accounts created is entitled to 25GB of storage. The user accounts are not connected to a specific products serial number, but to the subscription contract.

So for example, if you have a subscription contract covering 5 seats of Autodesk products, 15 user accounts can be created and attached to this subscription contract and each of these user accounts would have 25GB storage capability. The 15 different user accounts can be created by 15 different users or by 5 different users each with 3 user account, or one user with 15 user accounts. But each user account created will only be eligible for 25GB of storage and these accounts cannot be combined to create one large storage user account.

Subscription contract for 5 Seats of AutoCAD

You have an active Subscription contract for five seat licenses of AutoCAD. This means that your company can create up to 15 different user accounts associated with this contract, and each user account will be able to store 25GB of data in the cloud. These different user accounts can be created by 15 different users/employees, by 5 users, or just one user with 15 user accounts--it doesn't matter.

Subscription Contract for 2 Seats of AutoCAD, 2 Seats of Revit and 1 Seat of AutoCAD LT

You have an active Subscription contract for 2 seat licenses of AutoCAD, 2 seat licenses of Revit and one seat license of AutoCAD LT. This means that your company can create up to 15 different user accounts associated with this contract, and each user account will be able to store 25GB of data in the cloud. These different user accounts can be created by 15 different users/employees, by 5 users, by 3 users using more than one Autodesk product or just one user with 15 user accounts--it doesn't matter.

Please Note

Currently, you cannot combine storage between users accounts, and the storage is not aggregative, which means the maximum amount of storage one user account can have is 25GB.
