WTFM?

I saw this today on a website about FM.  Between BIM, GIS, IPD, LEED and FM, bundled with 3G, 4G, 3D and 4D, it's gonna get a lot more complex for everybody.  There's just no doubt that CAD operators aren't going to be the key players in your firm any longer.  Welcome to the world of BIG BIM Data.  

I was happy to find that there are only 4 definitions for WTFM on the internet.  At our firm it's
'We Think FM'.  What's it mean at your firm?
