Revit Word & Excel Import - Excel2DWG 5.2 Word2DWG 2.1

BP, I think this is what you're looking for.

Revit sucks for managing blocks of text.  This looks like a great solution.

Revit Word Import-http://www.dotsoft.com/revit/wd2revit.htm

Word2DWG 2.1 Details
Word2DWG for Revit overcomes the limits and problems associated with placement of Word documents inside Revit.  It creates and maintains DWG/DXF files of named ranges in Word that are linked in Revit.  The results are mtext that can plot without problems and are highly portable to others.

Smart Linking & Updating
The system works by maintaining up-to-date DWG/DXF files of named ranges in Word documents. These DWG/DXF files are then linked in Revit.  As any Word user (with our add-in installed) makes changes to the document, the DWG/DXF files are updated on saving/closing the document.  Therefore the next time a Revit project is opened, it will automatically update to reflect the changes made in Word.
Interface Options
The application is controlled (in Word 2007 or higher) by it's own ribbon tab making it easy to select and execute the application. On Word 2000-2003 it has it's own separate toolbar with icons.
Output Settings
This dialog controls all the defaults for newly created spreadsheet references.  Includes setting for overrides, factors and other options. By default all output files go to the same folder as the spreadsheet.  You can also designate a single folder for the DXF files.
Processing Speed
When the Word user makes changes and closes the document, the DXF is quickly updated.  Our fast Word read engine means most documents process in a fraction of a second!
Stop jumping through hoops!Currently there are no good options for placing documents in Revit.  Processes involving converting the document to an image leads to grainy output.  Processes requiring AutoCAD take extra time and are still subject to its limitations.  Our product will speed up the process during creation and maintain current representations of the document.
Standard Word Features Supported:
● Tabs
● Line Numbering
● Bullets
● Inline Images
Additional Features
Uses named bookmarks, allowing the results to grow/shrink as you insert/delete paragraphs.
Manage multiple document ranges easily.
Exclusive column wrapping.  Users can specify the maximum column height and gap distance. The results will flow to the designated height, then move up and to the right to continue until done.

Licensing
The program resides exclusively inside Word and all the work is done from that application.  Therefore you need an Word2DWG license for each Word seat that will be involved in editing documents that Revit users need to reference.  Site licenses are available for large groups.
System Requirements: Requires Word 2000 or higher.
Product Support: Email Support Only.
Product Eval: Available on Request.

Optimized Results
We understand that you want to keep your drawing size small and regens fast.  That's why we optimize the geometry we create.  If the same lineweight is used across the entire row, we create one line, not one for each cell.  We also merge adjacent fills and hatches resulting in the smallest block possible.
