Note: This is not the update for Building Design Suite. Here is the direct link to wait and see when that shows up.

It sure would be nice if Autodesk would actually release updates on a known schedule so people could plan for deployment and not have to scramble to update machines. It would also be nice if Autodesk didn't hide the Building Design Suite updates under Design and Creation Suites and had a link on the Revit support page. That's a major fail for a company that wants everyone to use Suites instead of standalone products.
Below is a list of enhancements, but here's a spoiler alert.
Improves Stability, Improves Stability, Improves Stability, Improves Stability, Improves Stability, Improves Stability, Improves Stability, Improves Stability, Improves Stability, Improves Stability, Improves Stability, Improves Stability, Improves Stability, Improves Stability, Improves Stability and you can now crash less.
In fact, the words improves stability is listed 53 times. Maybe now Revit won't crash when doing 53 different things.
Improves listed 77 times
Corrects listed 9 times
Allows listed 4 times
So, there's 90 fixes for you. I'm sure you'll want to download and install this immediately.
For the record, upon second glance, the 90 fixes are cumulative from Update 1 and this new update. Improves is listed 27 times for Update 2.

Update Release 2 is not a full install; rather it is using service pack technology similar to AutoCAD®- based products. Prior to installing the Update Release 2, please verify that you have already installed the First Customer Ship build of Autodesk Revit Architecture 2013 (Build: 20120221_2030) or Update Release 1 for Autodesk Revit Architecture 2013 (Build: 20120716_1115).
You can apply this update to Autodesk Revit Architecture 2013 running on all supported operating systems and languages. Consult the readme file for installation instructions and be sure to install the correct update (32-bit or 64-bit) for your software and operating system. Consult the enhancements documentation for areas improved by the Update Release.
