How many times have you heard someone start a presentation, conversation, or article with "BIM is 10% technology, 90% sociology?" (Source: Scott Simpson, FAIA, KlingStubbins) It may be becoming trite, but it is also very true. A BIM implementation is only as good as the capabilities of the people implementing it, and it may even be more successful when team members collaborate.
